A medical questionnaire will be completed on your first treatment. This is so Sarah has knowledge of your medical history and any current health issues and can focus on appropriate treatment.

You will remain fully clothed and asked to remove your socks and shoes only.

A natural reflexology balm is used for your treatment. Please let your reflexologist know of any allergies.

You will be asked to relax in Sarah's reflexology chair, in a reclined position (if this is comfortable to do so), with your legs slightly elevated.

Please feel free to close your eyes during the treatment. It is a very relaxing experience and completely natural to go into a deep relaxation and even drift off to sleep.

Relaxing background music and air atomiser (with natural essential oils) is used during treatments, if you are comfortable with this.

 During your treatment Sarah will work on both feet (and/or hands) applying reflexology message techniques and reflex points with a gentle pressure.

When your treatment has been completed you will be taken through a series of breathing exercises. Then you will be provided with feedback on sensitive reflexes and any holistic health and wellness reccomendations.

A treatment plan will then be discussed together.

Sip plenty of water after your treatment. This will help hydrate your body and flush out any toxins.

Rest as much as you can to help the body begin its balancing and healing process.

Avoid stimulates such as alcohol and caffeine.

Consume a healthy and light diet.

Your medical history provides Sarah awareness of any medical conditions or issues before she begins your treatment.

Sarah will tailor your treatment to your individual needs.

All medical records are kept confidential.

Sarah is unable to go ahead with the treatment without medical history being provided.

Sarah requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for a cancellation or amendment.

Under 48 hours a 50% payment will apply.

Under 24 hours a full payment will be required.

Sarah runs a small business and late cancellations affect this so we hope you understand.
